Mr Yogesh Ranade is the Whole-time Director of our Company. He is responsible for heading the global manufacturing function for the Company. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Bombay and a master\u2019s degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also holds a diploma in business finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Pidlite Industries Limited, Lanxess India Private Limited and Kinetics Technology India Limited. He has been associated with our Company since 2021.<\/p>\n

Vijaykumar Malpani is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2004. He is a chartered accountant and holds a certificate of membership as Fellow from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with C.C. Chokshi & Co., Himachal Terepene Products Private Limited and Sun Earth Ceramics Limited. He is responsible for accounting, financial, commercial and taxation related matters for all the group companies of the Company.<\/p>\n
