The Chairman & Managing Director of Dorf Ketal, he has more than 35 years of experience in the middle and top management position in the industrial & specialty chemicals industry. He has been instrumental in increasing the global footprint of the Company by spearheading all the acquisitions pursued by the Group. He holds a degree in Science & Law and is a Management Graduate.

He is the Director (Operations) of Dorf Ketal. He is the key strategist behind all the acquisition opportunities pursued by the Group, globally. Health, Safety & Environment has been one of his key focus areas in the organization thus ensuring that none of the manufacturing facilities have reported any major environmental or safety issues. He is a Chemistry graduate.

He is the Director (Technical) of Dorf Ketal. He has over 30 years of experience in process chemical treatment programs. He has been associated with Dorf Ketal since 1992 and is responsible for technical services and designing of new programs, globally. He holds a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.

He is the Director (Marketing) of Dorf Ketal. He has been heading the Sales & Marketing activities of the Group for more than 25 years. He was also responsible in the setup of various subsidiaries, sales offices and distributor networks across the globe.

Mr Yogesh Ranade is the Senior Vice President – Manufacturing.  He is Heading the Global Manufacturing Function.  He holds BE in Chemical Engg from University of Bombay and M.Tech – Industrial Engg & Operational Research from IIT, Bombay and Diploma in Business Finance from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.    He has 32.7 years of experience in Chemical Industry. He was previously associated with Pidilite Industries Ltd as Chief Manufacturing Operations (IP) and Lanxess India Pvt Ltd as General Manager – Head of Manufacturing and Bayer India Ltd as Head – Process of Rubber Chemical Plant and Kinetics Technology India Ltd as Engineer Trainee

Mr. Desai is a Non-Executive Independent Director at Dorf-Ketal Chemicals India Private Limited and He is associated with companies like Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited. Mr. Desai is a Chartered Accountant and has over 36 years of rich experience, and has been the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Glenmark until 2016. Mr. Desai led the Finance, Legal and IT functions at Glenmark, and has contributed significantly to its growth story.

Nanda has nearly 40 years of experience across sectors like manufacturing, retail, FMCG, telecom, and services in India and abroad. With a postgraduate degree in Human Resources, he has held key HR leadership roles at companies such as Tata Chemicals, Tata Communications, Amara Raja Group, and Landmark Group. His responsibilities have included overseeing HR, manufacturing, procurement, corporate communications, CSR, and business ethics. He has served on various boards and committees and is a life member of NHRD, ISTD, and NIPM. He retired in February 2023 after a distinguished career.

He joined the Tata Group in 2006 as Senior Vice President & CHRO at Tata Communications Ltd. before moving to Tata Chemicals in 2012 as CHRO. As a member of the Global Executive Committee, he provided leadership to the global functions of Human Resources & Administration, Corporate Communications, Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility until his superannuation in Feb 2023.

Professor Ganapati D. Yadav is the Founding Vice Chancellor and R.T. Mody Distinguished Professor, and Tata Chemicals Darbari Seth Distinguished Professor of Innovation and Leadership of the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai (formerly UDCT), which is a Deemed-to-be-University having Elite Status and Centre of Excellence given by State Assembly on par with IITs/IISc/IISERs. He is J.C. Bose National Fellow and Adjunct Professor at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia and University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He is the topmost engineering scientists and academicians in India, who despite being an administrator, is still actively involved in guiding Ph.D., patenting, publishing, consulting and transferring technologies to industry. He has been an active consultant to industry with more than 70 assignments and over 70 sponsored research projects for past 40 years.

Bhavna Thakur is Chief Operating Officer of Tifin Studios II, working in the arena of artificial intelligence, technology and finance. Prior to this she was the head of Capital Markets at Everstone Capital and Citigroup India and has over 24 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A and capital markets. She holds a BA LLB (Hons.) from National Law School of India and a postgraduate degree in Law from Columbia University. She also worked with Citigroup, Morgan Stanley in Mumbai and Paul Weiss, Wharton Garrison LLP and Davis Polk and Wardwell LLP in London and New York, respectively.

He is the Group CFO of Dorf Ketal. He manages Accounting, Financial, Commercial and Taxation related matters for all the Group companies across the globe. Prior to joining Dorf Ketal in 2004, he was handling the financial activities of other manufacturing companies besides gaining 4 years of auditing experience at C.C Chokshi & Co. (a member firm of Deloitte). He has played an active part in the M&A transactions pursued by the Group across the globe. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr Rajdeep Shahane is the Company Secretary – Head – Secretarial.  He is responsible for corporate secretarial functions and regulatory compliance.  He holds Company Secretary from ICSI and is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India; LL.B from University of Mumbai; Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Welingkar’s Institute; M.Com from University of Mumbai.

He has total 12+ years of total experience and around 4 years of FMCG, 3 years of experience in Chemical Industry.   He was previously associated with SKS Power Generation as Company Secretary and JSW Paints Private Limited as Company Secretary & Finance; Hubtown Limited as Assistant Manager – Company Secretary; Deep Shukla & Associates, Company Secretaries as Assistant Company Secretary; Serco Global Services (Barclay’s Process) as Senior Accountant & Finance Executive and V.K Bukalsaria & Co, Chartered Accountants as Articled Assistant
