The HR series are supported Nickel catalyst specially designed for applications of reforming Natural gas feedstock by CO2 reforming process. These catalysts have varying amount of Nickel doping.

These catalysts work in low pressure systems at about 800 to 900 deg C temperature to convert Natural Gas (mostly methane) to a reducing gas mixture of H2 and CO. This gas is used for various applications like DRI process.

PRODUCTS RANGE

HR-1205-G

Supported Nickel on Alumina substrate. High Nickel content catalyst. Grey to dark grey in appearance. Available Gear ring with inner star hole; very high crush strength.

Areas of Application

To reform NG stream in a typical CO2 reforming process. The catalyst is usually loaded on the inert and the low active catalyst in the reformer tube.

HR-0705-G

Supported Nickel on Alumina substrate. Low Nickel content catalyst. Off white to grey in appearance. Gear ring with inner one hole of suitable diameter; very high Crush strength.

Areas of Application

To initiate the reforming of NG stream in a typical CO2 reforming process. The catalyst is usually loaded in the entry portion of the tube.
